Pole sport

Pole sport is becoming more and more popular in Hungary, thanks to its wide range of exercises.
Unlike a monotonous gym workout, you will learn new elements according our professionally established level system in order to gradually develop your strength and endurance, while avoiding injuries.
Our studio offers trainings in 4 different levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional. In both our private and small group classes, we work with each student individually according to their own level, teaching them step by step the next exercise in the level system. This provides a clear chart of the training process and gives and excellent feedback on your personal training progress.
What happens during a beginners'
class?
At beginner level, you will learn 83 different exercises and combinations. No prior training or experience is required, as you will start from the basics, progressing from simpler pivots and turns to more complex ground-based acrobatic routines. By the end of the level you will able to go "upside down on the pole.
You'll be able to learn these exercises, among others:
The Structure of the training sessions
The duration of the classes are 60 minutes, maximum 4 people (1 person/pole)
- Warm-up: joint general warm-up led by a coach
- Strengthening: personalised, sport-specific strengthening exercises with pole
- Pole exercises: the "core" part of the class, pole exercises appropriate to your own level
- Stretching: short, general stretching guided by the trainer

Recommended training gear:
- comfortable top (no need to leave the waist free at beginner level)
- shorts as short as possible, but at least knee-length
- bare feet during classes, heels are not allowed
